☆ USA SHIPPING SITUATION ☆
At the moment is not possible for me to ship in the USA without you paying a lot of fees or risking the items to be sent back or destroyed.
Italy at the moment is not giving us any useful option, however I'm keeping an eye out for any future news!
I suggest you ship the items to friends or family somewhere else.

Italy: 6-12€
European Union:12-25€
United Kingdom: 18€
Europe (non-EU or UK): 25€
North America: 25€
Everywhere else: 35€

Delivery times:
- Italy: 24h to two days
- Eropean Union: two days to three days
- Europe (but outside of the EU): two days to a week
- United Kingdom: two days to a week
- USA, Canada and Oceania: three days to a week depending on locations
- South America, Mexico, Philippines and locations not mentioned above: one week to two weeks
All delivery times are calculated based on the postal office reference sheet as accurately as possible, with some extra safe time
Once an item is shipped I have no control over how long it takes to get there, however you will get an email with the tracking based on your assigned courier.

Where do you ship from?
I'm currently using a new service that depending on locations it ships with ups, SDA, and poste italiane, the local postalservice.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes! You'll get all the possible informations for email
How can I know if my order has been shipped?
I usually send orders that don't include preorders items whitin 1-2 weeks, it depends from the amount of orders and paperwork involved. You will get an email when it's sent but it might end up in spam, so check in there too!
Are there custom fees?
I ship from Italy, if this is an international order, it's possible there will be some customs fees in certain places.
THE PACKAGING
Most items are shipped in an envelope with protective paper. I will add a free small sticker in every order. Sometimes I might add recycled cardboard, plastic bubbles and such to protect the items, I usually save boxes, carboard, paper, bubble wraps to reuse as protection, instead of buying it or throwing away what gets shipped to me! So that's might be why sometimes you might see weird and different looking packing material!
It might not look too pretty but I am doing my best to reduce waste by reusing materials and protecting the items, it's a win-win!
