What "preorder" means?
When you see the preorder it means that I don't have the items in stock yet. I use this system to figure out how many people are interested in the product, so I can figure out the appropriate amount to order from my suppliers!
Please note that if your order includes preorder items and regular items, everything will be shipped when preorders ends.
This also means that I will order the products when the preorder time ends, then I have to wait for them to arrive, then package and ship them to you! This might take up to 2 or 3 weeks!
When the preorder time ends, I will order the product, this means you can still order the item once preorders are close! As long as the new stock lasts!
I want to modify or cancel my order, how can i do that?
Yes if your order isn't shipped yet! You can send me an email if:
- You would like to add something else to your order without being charged shipping twice.
- You want to edit your delivery address
- You want to cancel the order before is shipped
I usually try to answer in 24h to these mails, if I don't respond whitin a couple of days it means I haven't seen it, send the mail again!
Where can I find discount codes?
On the homepage I have some banners, all the discount codes will be there!
I share discounts and promotions codes on my socials, on instagram (soia.jpg) or twitter (soia_jpg) keep an eye on that.
Do you add freebies in the orders? What is this extras stickers, prints, buttons, keychains I found in my package?
I do! Every order gets some type of freebies! Higher the value of the order, more freebies! Since shipping to some locations is really expensive, I included the cost of shipping into the math of freebies! This means that if at 20€ I plan to add an extra sticker, the people that have 25€ or more of shipping costs, will automatically get the extra sticker! Until the stock lasts, i'll do my best to match the freebies to the order so if you have a special request, leave it in the notes and I'll try to fullfill it! (example: you ordered a Frank Zhang keychain, then you might get Ares/Frank/spqr themed freebies! or: you ordered a Xiao print, then you might get a xiao/liyue themed freebies!)
If you don't want freebies in your order for any reason, write it in the notes!
☆ ABOUT SHIPPING ☆
Where do you ship from?
Everything will be shipped from Italy using DHL or the italian postal service (includes TNT, UPS, SDA)
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes and more! DHL offers different services depending on your country, an email will reach you from them with all the infos! (due to legal reasons I have to use my legal name, so if you see "chiara manetti" it's me!!)
The Italian postal service is tracked too but due to the nature of the service, tracking might not be available everywhere. However please reach out if there is any issue in the shipping!
How can I know if my order has been shipped?
I usually send orders that don't include preorders items within 1 week, it depends from the amount of orders and paperwork involved. You will get an email when it's sent but it might end up in spam, so check in there too!
Are there custom fees?
I ship from Italy, if this is an international order, it's possible there will be some customs fees in certain places.
THE PACKAGING
Most items are shipped in a envelope with protective paper. I will add a free small sticker in every order. Sometimes I might add recycled cardboard to protect the items.

☆ HELP, SOMETHING IS WRONG IN MY ORDER! ☆
The charms have scratches on them
There is a protective sticker on it, is on both sides, try removing the sticker and you'll see that the scratches will disappear. It might be hard to see, but it's there!
An item is damaged
Accidents may happen, please provide pictures so I can improve the packaging on future orders and keep them safer!!
I can see what I can do depending from the type of damage I can offer a partial refund, a discount or send a new replacement item! ALWAYS CONTACT ME! I promise I'll do my best to help you.
